What are the tuition fees at Open Window University Zambia?

Open Window University tuition fees vary depending on your chosen qualification, whether a degree, certificate, or short course, as well as your student status (Local, SADC, or International) and preferred mode of learning (Contact, Online, or Blended). Detailed fee structures are distributed by Open Window University student advisors and the admissions office to ensure applicants receive the most current pricing.

Open Window University Zambia provides flexible payment plans designed to help students and guardians manage tuition costs through structured instalments. These plans allow for the distribution of educational expenses across the academic term rather than requiring a single upfront payment.

Depending on your programme, students can choose to settle their tuition via a one-time settlement upfront, or divide their tuition into 10 monthly payments, 4 termly payments, 3 instalments, or 2 semester payments.

Open Window University Zambia offers a limited number of scholarships and bursaries based on academic merit, financial need, or demonstrated creative excellence. These awards are intended to support high-potential students entering the creative arts and media sectors in Zambia.

The scholarship programs that are available include:

Zambia and SADC Scholarship

Chancellor’s Scholarship Award

Technical Access: Students have access to specialised creative resources, including high-end computer labs and studio equipment.

The minimum entry requirements for Open Window University Zambia undergraduate programs generally include a full Grade 12 certificate or a recognised international equivalent. Specific degree or diploma tracks may have additional prerequisites based on the technical rigors of the curriculum.

Applicants are eligible for admission to Open Window University Zambia even if they did not complete formal art or design subjects during their secondary education. Open Window University Zambia prioritises creative passion, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to master new technical skills over prior subject specific-knowledge.
